We found the otherwise luxurious room noisy (street noise) and were immediately upgraded to the two-storey luxurious penthouse suite without any extra expensrs. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us and making lengthy phone calls concerning travel planning and other stuff...The place is clean, has a marvellous athmosphere and is centrally located....
