"The room was wonderful and had everything we needed for a short snowboarding trip. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I wished I had more time chilling in bed. Highly appreciate the thoughtful hosts, and we had a BLAST! 10000% would come back again"

"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"The house was very clean. A short walk to a couple of bus stops and maybe 10 minutes from Nagano station. The house is very well appointed, expansive views of the city. There’s a veranda on the first floor. There are a couple of blue tooth speakers that can be linked up with. Great instructions from the host, with nice touches such as coffee and creamer."

"We received a surprise room upgrade upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better — Right across the from the gondola (which we loved for mountain biking) The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and B&D and can’t wait to come back :) Thanks so much!"

"老闆很熱心幫忙，下雨天還從巴士站載我們去check in，回程還載我們去白馬車站搭車"

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "

"Overall very good and good experience"

"Our one bedroom unit was clean, had cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, cutting board, knives and hot plate. The fridge and freezer was a good size. The place included a toaster oven and microwave. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was approximately 20 - 25 minute walk to most locations, to include ACoop, a grocery store. I thought my one bedroom included an in unit washer and dryer but it did not. It was okay, since there were 2 machines, just down the...

"新しいホテルなのでもちろん綺麗 良いレイアウト 2部屋ベットルームが分かれているのはとても良い キッチンもあるので連泊に良い ロビーがかなり殺風景なので チェックインは瞬時に済ませて欲しかったが 日本語が片言のスタッフが対応 こちらが日本語話者なのだから日本人が対応してほしかった 外国人観光客用のホテルという印象"
