"Fantastic staff onsite to help you with anything, whenever. Such lovely people. The villa and grounds are fabulous and very scenic. You will relax without any trouble here. We went at the beginning of the Monsoon season, and although the weather was up and down (rain and thunderstorms), the views of the storms out of the windows upstairs were magical. It was exactly what I was looking for, coming from the intense heat of Dubai.If I were to add anything to the villa, it would be an AC unit...

"My wife and I arrived with our 2 grand-children tired after a long flight. We were met with incredibly helpful service. We found the otherwise luxurious room noisy (street noise) and were immediately upgraded to the two-storey luxurious penthouse suite without any extra expensrs. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us and making lengthy phone calls concerning travel planning and other stuff...The place is clean, has a marvellous athmosphere and is centrally located....

"The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. "
