"The unit was spotless and the location was great for the concert I attended at Protective Stadium. Everything in the unit was perfect ie the AC ,bathroom TVs, kitchen parking and privacy. I would rebooked this unit again."

"The unit itself was very nice…our issue was with the AC. It is controlled by the manager/owner. The guests aren’t allowed to move the AC below 70 degrees. We keep our ac at 67 at home. That’s our preference. So I asked for that and was met with rude answers and they basically questioned me and said they’ve never had anyone be hot. If I’d know the guests don’t have control of the AC I would not have stayed there. We had the groom and groomsmen staying there for the wedding and no one slept well...

"The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable with nice appliances and amenities. Location downtown is close to most of our destinations. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shops. Nice views to the surrounding street area from the second story unit. Highly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment if you are wanting a nice space in downtown Birmingham!
