"We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly tucked away and waterfront while not too far of a drive to just about anything you would need. Very clean which is huge! Beds were super comfortable but the master is broken down on some of the edges. We did have close neighbors but rarely seen anyone until our last night. I would only have 2 suggestions. #1 and no fault to the owner but I didn’t notice in the listing there is no dishwasher. That is usually a given and no one wants to do dishes...

"We recently took a much-needed girls' trip to escape the professional hustle and bustle. The house was far enough away to provide peace and tranquility, yet close enough to Pigeon Forge and other attractions. We appreciated having ample space for everyone, and the game room was particularly enjoyable during some colder nights. Visiting during the off-season proved to be a perfect choice, and the communication prior to check-in and check-out was extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here...

"We had a great time at this beautiful property. Caught loads of fish from the dock and kayaks, spent time relaxing on the screened in porch during the evening rains, and close to pigeon forge for amazing food."

I especially appreciated when we asked about a crockpot they brought one over same day. The second kitchen was great for cooking for the large group. The only thing I might add to the description is that the driveways are steep and it might be nice to add a larger or second grill. "
