Communication was also superb and they were super quick to answer any questions. The property was a great size and super clean. Would definitely stay here again. "Garage key didn’t work so I had to park on the street until someone would answer the phone. Car was towed and after retrieving the car it still took three hours to get a working garage key "

"It was in the heart of downtown the Louisville with loads of dining options. My husband and I travel to Louisville quite a bit so we know the area pretty well. Parking can be a challenge for this spot, but if you plan ahead, you can park your car your entire stay and get around downtown by foot because everything is so close. The loft had just about everything we needed…(coffee pods, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, salt and pepper, iron and ironing board even!). This place was the...

"Perfect spot for a family looking for the comforts of home while traveling. Lots of restaurants nearby just a walk or shirt driveways. Very easy to navigate everywhere we planned to go during our stay in town. "
