"First time ever that I’ve walked into a rental and the place was much MORE spacious than the pictures showed. It was outstanding. It was clean and definitely a great spot to relax and hang out. Fantastic seating and large TV. Beautiful views behind the rental."

"Very clean and as described and pictured."

"Close proximity to the golf course."

"Excellent location and very clean."

"We booked this VRBO because it was advertised as being lakefront on Sam Rayburn, which was important since we planned to fish and keep our boat at the property. Unfortunately, the listing didn’t match our experience. With the lake approximately 7–10 feet below normal pool, there was no view of the water from the house or even from the elevated deck. The path down to the shoreline was steep, very muddy, and heavily overgrown with vegetation, making it difficult to access the boat safely. Because...

"Loved having bathrooms and AC units in each bedroom."

"Great property! Would stay here again."

"The property is beautiful inside and out. Really quiet area, with nice roads leading up to the property. I don’t know of many places that are located on a river that you can go without getting your feet dirty, but this one you definitely can. Once you step out the door to go to the river you have a complete path to walk on all the way to the river. The outdoor design of this place is perfect. Within 15 mins you have everything you need if you forget something or want to go out to eat(Wal-Mart,...

"Great property, so quiet and beautiful. We’ll definitely rent again. We come to the area twice a year ti visit family. Great property"

"The house and property was a perfect fit for us. The host was very informative and friendly. We would definitely stay again in the future."

"Was nothing like the description. There is a NO lake front, you cant get to the lake without having to be a member of the rayburn country club or trespass through someone's yard, there is no hot tub, the pool is for members only as well as the beach bar in the listing. the grill is a fire hazard as it is caked with drippings and has tin foil on the burners, couldn't play pool without buying new pool sticks as the ones supplied are broken, the grilling deck has boards that are no even...

"We loved the big deck and how close the community pool was.The houses were very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable also. It was great that it was pet friendly. We wish the second house, the Boat House, had been closer but it was still walkable and it was great having two spaces."

"Absolutely love this house, it was so beautiful located in the perfect spot!"

"The accommodations were beautiful! I love that it’s dog friendly, right on the lake and relaxing. The host, Michelle, was very welcoming!"

"Great place to stay with all you could ask for"

"It was very clean and quite close to the store it had a great bed no like in hotels"

"We loved the little cabin it was perfect for our night in town."
