We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. Asked him permission to do a couple things with some buddies before going to the wedding and felt right at home. the cabin at Holt is a one of a kind property and I'm glad I stumbled upon this diamond in the rough!"

"The only complaint was that it needed more lounge seating upstairs. If it sleeps 10 then there should be enough comfortable seating for 10 people. The property was peaceful and relaxing."

"We had a great time! There is so much to do - kayaking, swimming in the pool, fishing. Great places to eat in Douglas, too! The house is obviously tiny, so it's kind of like camping with a TV, toilet and shower which was fun. There is no real space to just hang out inside for more than two people but as long as the weather is nice, you will not want to be inside anyway! Sam was so nice and so were his boys! Our two boys had a great time with his sons and the guests in the adjacent bungalow...

"We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever "
