"The staff were so nice and the cabana was clean and roomy. The only thing to watch out for are the bugs that get inside, but that’s just because of the location and completely understandable. Also, dining options are about a 20 min drive, again due to its location. But just keep that in mind when planning your visit."

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...

"Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! "

"Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. "The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. "
