"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. The whole experience felt like a bait & switch. We asked for...

"Place was nice and clean. We had an issue with stairs and host got it fixed quickly. If renters don't tell the host of issues found they won't get fixed. Host was great getting item fixed."

"Wonderful stay in Jersey City with Dermot, who was an excellent host. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved the comfortable bed. Access to the Journal Square PATH station was easy to walk, though we used Lyft a few times at night ( because it was raining, not because we felt unsafe). Highly recommend!"
