"Be warned - this is a management company not based in Indy, with "local" managers that are not near the property. We had repeated issues with the door lock and had to wait over three hours (one upon arriving and two later that night after the lock was supposedly fixed). The communication while waiting was lacking; they just shrugged and never offered any compensation for our lost time. Otherwise, it was a good location. The home was clean. "I had a wonderful experience staying at Suzanne’s place! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I reached out to see if I could use her space to surprise my partner for his birthday, and she was more than accommodating. The space was spotless, just as described in the listing, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend booking this space, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. "
