"House was not clean nor safe for children due to damage everywhere. Smelled like pee or vomit in main areas and back room. Host had cleaning crew come in after complaints however only spot cleaned areas I mentioned. Was still to gross to cook or stay except to sleep. Extremely disappointed. "

"Tristen should be awarded employee of the month. Nathan the owner should be removed from Vrbo. My husband booked The Oak Casita for our 8 yr old daughters birthday. Here she and I would be Glamping for 2 nights in celebration of her. The temp was below freezing and there wasn’t any HOT WATER! Nathan hired a Property Management company and maintenance man Tristen came out several times to turn on the hot water heater. "Overall, the property was lovely for our stay while attending Canton first Monday trade days. However, the home could use a few more towels for eight guests, and the kitchen faucet provides a lovely shower every time you turn it on! The drive to Canton is approximately 35 minutes, not too bad. The hot tub was lovely after hours of walking."
