"Loved the total privacy and the fishing pond . I loved that the firewood was split and easy to start. Nothing better on a starry night. Hiking was good. Our dog also loved it . I wish we could go back this weekend. the fresh ground coffee was fantastic. They have everything you need. The book selection was perfect and so were the reading lights . This was the little oasis getaway we needed. We will be back"

"The property owner was very responsive,respectfu,helpful and understanding. The home was absolutely amazing. Way more than I expected. Not only did they have all the cooking utensils, spatulas, pots and pans but if you by chance forgot body wash or shampoo at home they had it covered as well. The hot tub was relaxing and the complimentary chocolate and waters in the bedroom along with everything you needed to enjoy s'mores while you enjoyed the fire pit outside was nice. "What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! "The house was amazing. Clean and plenty of space for our group. The lawn was not maintained and there isn’t a decent outside seating area if you like to be outside or are a smoker but all in all it was great. We really enjoyed it and the host was very responsive and accommodating. "
