"I made two bookings, very easy but one canceled abruptly and the second turned out to be a non-available property and I did not find out until an before check-in. I was credited 100 for my trouble. I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property."

"Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun...

"Loved staying here! Great view from the balcony and staff was very friendly. Loved that we had a kitchen and was definitely worth getting the condo room. Air conditioner did leak on our balcony but I think it was from how hot it was while we were there. Will be looking forward to staying here again next time we vacation here."
