"This is an old beach house. The floors did not bother me but I could see that around the baseboards could be cleaned up a little, and the stairs carpet could be cleaned, but aside from that, this place was VERY CLEAN.This kitchen is not made for more than one person, but I expected that. For 3 adults & 1child, it was perfect. Had all you would need to cook. Had a broom, several hand towels. There is not a typical kitchen table, but the half moon looking counter over the stairs has hinges to flip...

"We really loved the hot tub, pool/ping pong table, arcade games, and foosball table. The location is a short walk to a very private, beautiful beach. The stairs are no joke (and kitchen/living area is on third floor) so keep this in mind if you're traveling with older relatives. No shower soap or shampoo so bring your own. The kitchen was well-stocked."

"This was a great quiet place to stay for my two daughters, wife and myself. We were looking for somewhere to avoid the crowds of Panama City and Destin and this was exactly what we wanted. This is no way a knock on the property, but it does say it will sleep 8 and I think it would be crowded with more than 2 adults since there is one bathroom, but with two parents and up to 3 or 4 kids it is perfect. Everything for my family exceeded our expectations. "

"Myself and my 13 year old daughter stayed at this listing. My sister in law met us from Texas. The area is very quiet. The walk was a little longer to the beach than I anticipated but it wasn’t an issue. My daughter loved the loft upstairs. The house was clean, plenty of linens, pet friendly. I would recommend backing into the carport. The next door neighbor had just had new gravel delivered. That gravel was spread into this driveway. The lose gravel from the neighbors made it difficult to back...
