"We went from July 19 through the 26th of 2025. We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family....

"The pictures do not do this property justice. They have top of the line everything and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for a week with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one preteen. We love that the house is located on the peninsula away from the main town but close enough for us the run into town if we needed to (30 mins). There is a small market just down the road that had a lot of items if you just needed one thing. A coffee shop and a few restaurants.The house itself was amazing...

"Great spot. Would stay again. A little tight space-wise in the main level 2 bedrooms, but no biggie. Tow bedrooms upstairs were roomy. Beach gear storage area had 10-plus chairs for use, beach cart, toys and boogie boards for the kids, and several other amenities. Unit was clean and tidy, TVs and Wi-Fi worked great. "We had such a great experience at the Sparrow’s Nest in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for our large family of 16—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including an extra beach wagon which came in very handy. "Great location, beautiful view. House is spacious and has most everything you could need. Didn’t have any kitchen towels and just 2 bath towels per room, come prepared or washer and dryer were very nice. Beach has very little traffic. Patios and chairs were perfect for sunsets. Owner was extremely attentive. "

"Our small (4 person) family stayed over spring break and really enjoyed the home. Shared pool was cleaner / nicer than expected and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Home worked out great for our family + dog. If you want a quiet retreat near Port St Joe, this is a great option."

"Great communication with property management. Immediately solved issues with getting into the house after a planned late arrival and plumbing issues were fixed by Monday morning.
