"La casa no resulta acogedora ni está preparada para una estancia en familia. Limpieza muy deficiente y mobiliario deteriorado. Con diferencia, el peor alojamiento que hemos alquilado nunca. Nuestra intención era pasar tiempo en la casa y nos ha obligado a estar fuera todo el día y volver solo a dormir. Imposible cocinar y comer allí. Nunca lo recomendaría"

"San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent."

"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"Très bon accueil et propreté irréprochable. Appartement très spacieux avec une vue magnifique et très bien situé pour visiter la région. "We had 3 wonderful nights in this small but nice apartment in the center of San Sebastián. You can easily reach the fantastic beach within 5 minutes walk, and all the nice restaurants in the area Apartment is clean and with two comfortable single beds and a futon for the children. There is no air conditioning, but we didn’t need, even though it was summer. The windows are well isolated and we were not disturbed by the noice from the street during the night."

"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"
