"The apartment is in a great spot in the old town. Very central, everything is within 5 mins walking distance from the property. It's very lively at weekends which makes for a vibrant atmosphere, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you! Overall, a very nice place to stay in an amazing city."

"Miguel was super nice to meet us at the villa for check in. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. "This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"We had 3 wonderful nights in this small but nice apartment in the center of San Sebastián. You can easily reach the fantastic beach within 5 minutes walk, and all the nice restaurants in the area Apartment is clean and with two comfortable single beds and a futon for the children. There is no air conditioning, but we didn’t need, even though it was summer. The windows are well isolated and we were not disturbed by the noice from the street during the night."

"We had a lovely time - the house was great and very roomy! Garden and pool are lovely. Very handy location for getting into the town by bus. We rented a car - which was not necessary as can walk to grocery store easily also. "

He was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We took the bus in from Bilbao and it was only a ten min walk from the bus station. Perfectly located to walk everywhere. Also a plus, we found Es cafe on our block which had the most amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this spot! "

"If proximity to a beach is important to you, this apartment is in a great location. Not much in the way of fancy bells and whistles, but the beds are comfortable and the proximity to a ton of bars/restaurants is excellent. Kepa was patient with us when our arrival didn't work out as expected."

"This property is in a gorgeous building typical of the old town. Minutes walk from the beach and the old town restaurant district. Very quiet and safe street with cars allowed only for the hotels. The apartment is well appointed and very charming. We had a great time here and San Sebastián was our favourite city in Spain. "
