"We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need...

"The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!"

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. "

And we can’t say enough about the wonderful delicious healthy breakfasts that Lisa and Mar made every day. Each day Patrick helped with our plans , sometimes arranging in advance. "The house was beautiful and in great condition. Jairo was an amazing host! He was very responsive and set up some great adventures for us (white water rafting, catamaran, waterfall hike). Johana was outstanding. She cooked excellent breakfast every morning and kept the property clean and tidy. She always had our beach towels cleaned and folded for us to start the day. The property is on a fairly steep hill so I would recommend renting a golf cart. "

"The pictures do not do this house justice, even as amazing as they are. There were 13 of us staying in one house, with 4 kids, and 5 over 60 years old. There was ample room for all of us and never felt on top of each other. The kids ran out to the beach and we watched them from the gazebo and never felt unsafe. Jimmy was amazing and kept in contact the whole time. There was a cleaning service, security, and we opted for Donna, the in-home chef. They were all amazing! The beach was close to...

"We can't say enough good things about Casa de la Loma. The pictures truly don't do it justice. The view is stunning and we found ourselves enjoying most of our meals outside. Ana and Freddy do an excellent job preparing meals and keeping the grounds clean. The beef tenderloin with the green peppercorn sauce was delicious, and was one of our favorite meals. Freddy makes the best mashed potatoes! Ana prepared most of our meals, cooking a variety of cuisines, including Costa Rician fried rice and...
