"Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!"

"30 guests and we never felt crowded! The house, patio and grounds were perfect for us. Having the guest house for the young adults was ideal :) Would definitely return. **with some TLC and updating this would easily be 5 stars**"

"We loved this property!! The location is wonderful. Right in between Seguin and New Braunfels. The house is in a secluded place at the end of an alley road, I know that sounds crazy but it is actually PERFECT & PRIVATE! We went on walks in the morning and the area is safe and friendly. "The house is very large and provides many different areas for groups to sit and visit. The lake is low low because of work on the dam. We were not able to enjoy the lake. The swimming pool is wonderful. We spent many hours at the pool and the children really enjoyed it. The number of bedrooms made sleeping arrangements very easy. The house could use some TLC. For the cost, it was a good deal. "

"Would not recommend booking here. After receiving the address, we went to see the property from the water. The property was not as shown in the pictures. The lawn is now just weeds, and hasn’t been kept up with. The bulkhead has sunken into the ground. The boat lift had a broken bunk, so it was unusable. The other dock is also sinking, causing the deck to be crooked and very unsafe. After seeing the house from the water, we reached out to the owner and attempted to cancel our booking and get...
