"Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "

"We came to Longview for weekend to see the balloon race. Our stay was so peaceful in the woods at the Hayloft. Close to town and easy to access from highway. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the property. There is a climb with the stairs that can be a little difficult for some. Bring own amenities like bath soap and shampoo, everything else is there. "

"We have stayed in this house four or five times and always love our time there. My husband and I have stayed there by ourselves as well as with friends. The property is always immaculate. We love the three porches, a glass enclosed, screen enclosed, an open one. Lots of room for relaxing and watching deer. You might take your folding chairs for the dock, which is another nice place to sit. We highly recommend this house! "
