"This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!"

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...

"The house was a great fit for my family and I. We had a large group of 10 people and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were spacious. We spent the majority of our time in the living room. It was also my favorite room of the house, beautifully decorated. There’s a Tops grocery store a few minutes up the street and a Walmart 30 minutes away. If you’re a coffee addict like me, there’s also a coffee shop a few minutes up the street called Fred’s Coffee & Donuts. They serve great tasting coffee and donuts. My...

"The manager met us on arrival to give the keys and direct us to our room. He was super friendly and gave recommendations for local restaurants, stores, hikes, etc. The room was perfect for our short stay. We definitely recommend staying here as we plan to book again for our next visit. "

"Paradise on a hilltop! Comfortable, lovely cottage with great outdoor space for relaxing and dining, set in an absolutely beautiful location. Forest, meadow and mountain views. Wonderful host(s) who made us feel very welcome and helped us to make the most of our stay there, with fresh eggs from their chickens and firewood for the wood burning stove. Peaceful location at the end of the road makes it a great respite from the city. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! "
