"This has been my favorite new find in Madison! I have been commuting from Chicago to Madison for at least one overnight a week, for about 4 months, and about a month ago I saw The Dylin listed on Expedia. It isn't a "hotel" in the sense that it does not have staff on site for check in or to assist with luggage, parking, food. "In theory, this is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful property, great amenities, private location. The issue is in the condition of the house itself. One of the first things that greeted us was 4 overflowing trash bins outside, ransacked by animals. Walking inside we immediately found that the house had many things that are half finished. Trim work missing, paint incomplete and hazardous problems all over (sliding screen doors coming off the tracks, door handles falling off, electrical wires...

"The house worked well for us and our dogs during our visit to Middleton. It was nice having the fenced in patio area to let the dogs out, and the can with the bags to pick up after the dogs was a very nice touch! Everything in the house worked well and it was in great condition. We enjoyed our stay!"
