"The place was dusty! There was no ice, only 2 pods of coffee, only two small creams, only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4. No extra rolls of toilet paper were had. We asked for another roll of toilet paper and it never came. He said he would bring a roll and it never came. The outdoor facade of the house is in desperate need of paint! If there was rain the driveway there would have been a muddy mess and would have been tracked into the house. The outside stairs to house are steep....

"Returning guests for early season skiing. Every thing was clean and comfy and very pet friendly. Host was readily available for any help or questions. Ample parking and plenty of room for winter gear in the utility area."

Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . "

"The hosts went above and beyond to provide amazing service. We received a reach out prior to coming, a tour when we got there and recommendations on where to rent sleds and a list of restaurants to go to dinner. One of us got hurt sledding, and they went above and beyond to help us with that unfortunate period event, which had nothing to do with renting us a room."
