"I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in. I can't say enough good things about my room. VERY clean, everything looked brand new, big screen tv, beautiful decorating. It is in a historical part of the city and was across the street from a church built in the 1400s. I would...

"After a hiccup during the check in process for which the host was extremely helpful, the rest of the stay was amazing. The apartment is as listed, in the center of town, easy access from everything. The rooms are small but very well appointed and comfortable. It was overall a wonderful experience."

"Very clean and spacous as we was only staying over night... local to town by taxi or a short drive. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast if we needed to. Great little shop across the road, with all sort of different treats. "

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."
