"The place was percect for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub sitting on the deck watching seemed like the same doe graze the yard. Enjoyed sitting by the lake watching the ducks. We checked out several places which were great. Only thin I'd change if possible would be an earlier check-in but, cleaning can take aome time. Wonderful host that offered games, movies, kayaks, playset, lovely garden trail, and everything you need for smores."

"Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. EXCELLENT service, selection, food was amazing and entertainment was spot on for what we were looking for. Location nearby...

"The location cannot be beat—lakefront, quiet neighborhood with sandy entrance to the lake. Our kids and dog loved the easy lake access, and we rebted and launched kayaks from the Acquatic Center. The hot tub and sun porch were amazing relaxation areas, and the whole family enjoyed playing Wii sports. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a great gas grill outside. "The Love Shack is perfect for a couple or a small family. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was very relaxing. We liked that all the appliances and equipment worked perfectly. The front porch was nice for sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be returning."

"Property has all you need for a comfortable stay"

"The property was not cleaned when we checked in. But the cleaning staff was there within 30 minutes and did a very thorough job. There were cobwebs outside and the rain gutters were clogged (and still are). Windows were dirty (and still are). The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Part of the baseboard are missing in the bathroom upstairs and there is pink mold growing in the bathtub area. The fire pit could not be lit. There are 2 dirty, rusty lounge chairs by the propane tank on the patio....

"I would rent this property again. The location was great—-the lake/beach is such an easy walk. The kitchen had a surprisingly large amount of cookware for a rental, really everything I needed for family meal prep. The hot tub was clean and ready. Also appreciated the pet items (bowls, large crate, treats). Even though this was a pet friendly property, it did not smell and there was no pet hair to be found. "We chose the UnWined property because we had a large gathering of families for the WVU Commencement ceremony. It was definitely large enough and close enough for what we needed. I know that everybody had a comfortable stay. Overall, there were little things that could have been improved upon (age of furniture, mattresses, appliances), but nothing detracted from the stay. We had one infant, one set of elderly parents, and everything in between, and everybody had plenty of space and things to do...

"We totally enjoyed our stay! There was enough common space for all of us to hang out together and play games, do puzzles, and watch TV. Though since we were 3 couples the bunkbed room wasn’t the best for a couple, but we made it work. The location on the lake was beautiful and we walked our dog around it most days. It was convenient to restaurant and Ski Wisp. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again for sure!"
