"The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. "The size of the apartment was great, but the code for the gate, elevator and room did not work when we arrived. We sat in the parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to hear back from the host and it took another 10 minutes for them to get the code working. Some minor inconveniences to note: there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (and two guests), and a few paper towels left on the only roll. With no front desk, we had to purchase more paper goods at CVS ourselves. "

They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...

"I stayed here while supporting a family member at Piedmont Hospital. The loft is clean, well-appointed, has good parking and is easy walking distance to the hospital and many restaurants in the area. Having a pool and workout room are also great amenities too. Would definitely stay here again."
