"We loved this place. Most important thing for us is the cleanliness... It was CLEAN! The other thing of importance to us is how comfortable the matress and bedding is. We give this a 10! The location was great too...close to town so we were able to walk to everything. "

"Theresa was AMAZING from the start and so accommodating. I was traveling to Purina Farms for a dog show, so this being a dog friendly place to stay was necessary. She had no issues answering my questions and had extra blankets, dog amenities, etc. throughout the house. Theresa was communicative throughout the entire process, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Missouri again. "These owners are on top of it! I left an item on the picnic table and forgot to let them know what I needed. They saw it, fixed it, and communicated all before I remembered to message them. The place is super cozy, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere.
