There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. "This is located on Lake Lanier, but the water is VERY low at this property so my pontoon was almost hitting bottom to get to the dock. The Beds in each bedroom are ok, but very basic... No Water Glasses in Kitchen only a few coffee cup... ? The yard is very poor & dangerous to walk down to the dock. We had to be VERY careful & not maintained at all for this pricing. Dead bug right at the front door was not welcoming... We only rented it for 1 night & still had fun, but this is VERY overpriced &...
