"We had a great stay at the Gold Rush Tiny House. It was clean and comfy/cozy. I loved that there were plenty of clean towels and some extra blankets and that the kitchen was stocked with some simple snacks, coffee for the Keurig and the ingredients for smores! The bathroom was also stocked with the essentials and then some. Ear plugs and a sound machine by the bed were great, especially because there's a chicken/rooster farm or something like that, just behind the property and you can hear them...

"Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. Stains left on bedding in the maste suite including the pillow...this property could be enjoyable with attention to detail and upgrades "
