"Great property, fast enough away from the city that you aren't on top of your neighbor but close enough to go get what you need or want. House was very clean and great layout. Contact with property owner was great and quick. Had a small issue, but contacted owner and he was on it right away and quickly took care of it. Definitely would recommend this as a place to stay and we will definitely return. The location is far away from everything that it don't great the road noise and it is...

"Sven's is a nice hostel with great coffee and clean, coin operated, hot showers. The Indiana Jones Treehouse was the way to go! Hopefully the breeze will blow and rock you to sleep! "

"We had an awesome stay at this cabin, it is on a beautiful property and is centrally located between Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs.We also had a great view at the Northern Lights! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!"

"I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time has been excellent. Home is clean, amenities are wonderful, check in and out simple and fast, hosts responsive to any questions or needs. It's such a quiet and serene place to stay but close to anything you might need. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here on other visits to Fairbanks."

"The host was super accommodating and responded to questions quickly. The actual property was amazing. The bus was extremely clean and so much fun. The amount of detail in every part (even the outhouse!) was so fun. Amazing experience all round"

"This was an amazing experience because of the cleanliness, amenities, and the hosts going above and beyond for our stay. Everything we needed to cook was there and the bed was super comfy! The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. When I forgot when my check out time was, the hosts helped me navigate rides and even helped me carry my bags to the car!! If I ever come to Alaska again, this is where I will be staying!!"

"A real treehouse, with all the comforts of home. The space is cozy, but more than big enough for a couple. It gives a great taste of an authentic interior Alaska “dry cabin” (but with a full bath, laundry, hot tub, and sauna steps away!). "

"What a great spot! Treehouses are super cute (dry flush toilet not hard to use at all). Host was very responsive and answered my text within 5 minutes when the heater went out. Location is at the end of a road so it's private and quiet, but still very close to all there is to do in Fairbanks. Boardwalk from treehouse to bathhouse is a great touch and allowed me wear my shower shoes to the bathhouse instead of having to put on my snow boots just to shower. I would definitely stay again and...

"The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a nice touch to offer snacks to guests. We didn’t partake (only because we stopped at the store beforehand), but we did enjoy the coffee variety offered. Loved that we had a garage to keep the rental car - especially enjoyable during winter months. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very fine and clean rooms. A lot of cruise ships guests hanging around - waiting and sleeping and makes the hotel very into this segment for people and not even looking up when passing or coming home… so fine for the stay and business is cruises."
