Close to great coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, Whole Foods walking distance. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute even though this was a recuperation and recovery time for us. The house was very clean, and smelled good, we had no issues connecting to wifi, watching tv or anything. Everything was made easily accessible. "Overall, the townhouse was nice, clean and served our family of 7 well. However, make sure you have 2 separate codes to enter the building BEFORE heading out on your trip. You will need a 6 digit code for the main outside door. You will then need a second 4 digit code for your actual room door. We did not receive the email with the outdoor code prior to arriving so we sat in our car for an extended period of time waiting on that code. The owner provided proof that he did indeed send both codes...

"Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. "Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."
