"We loved this home! Everything was clean, the home was tastefully decorated and well stocked (kitchen items, bathroom towels, etc), and the owner was easy to communicate with. We had a group of 3 couples, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was great! The bedrooms are spread out amongst the 3 stories of the home, which allows for extra privacy. "This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"Property Wasn’t Bad For The Price. The Area Is Definitely In The Hood. But The Property Was Nice All Together For The Price That We Paid. Walks Need To Be Cleaned And They Should Put Wash Cloths To Go Along With The Towels That Were Provided. I’ll Give Them A 3.8 Out Of 5. Not A Bad Place To Stay If You’re Used To Being In The Hood. "This is a very nice apartment! It is easily accessible to the subway into New York City. So that makes the location perfect. The neighborhood did seem a bit dangerous. So I guess I would advise not walking alone outside at night. But that would be expected in any place in Newark. Also the proximity to the Newark airport was perfect. There are lots of very good restaurants close by. Lots of good ethnic food!"
