"Owner was great to work with, communication was great and it made checking in super easy as well as checking out! Highly recommend this place!!!"

"Clean and pictures were exactly what the property looked like"

"Convenient and clean. Nice little place."

"**The Rental**Pros: Clean, cute, free streaming servicesCons: shared outdoor space with 3 other rentals, shared back entry with basement rental, host watches you on camerasDay 1: A few hours after arriving I received a PERSONAL PHONE CALL from the host. She asked in an accusatory tone how many people were currently at the property. I told her 8. She asked how many were sleeping there. I said 4. Somehow when I booked, it only had 2 instead of 4. Possible accidental oversight on my part when...

"This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere"

"I loved how close it was to the Snow College riding facility! It was a short walk over each day. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"This is a great place to stay. We were amazed on what we were offered . Everything is very new. They have a fancy microwave that has a build in air fryer and convection oven. For staying at a cabin this is by far luxury. Free laundry was very convenient as Hanksvie is just sooooo small of a town there isn't much around. One tiny market, two gas stations and two restaurants and that's it. Property employees are extremely nice and welcoming. All around a great place to stay"

"Fun place!"

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."

"If you like to step back in time and a rustic feel, this is the place. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. It is really typical of what you would find in a 100 year old home where the plumbing and electrical was added later. It has that charm and I loved the rough cut wood floors and walls. Highly recommend if your into this feel. I am!"

"This place was super stocked with all the basics plus games, books, bikes, and ping pong. Evan cooking ingredients were here. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Service was prompt. We would gladly stay here again."
