"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. The small home was super comfy and felt just right for our family, with everything we needed to relax after a busy day. It was really thoughtful of the hosts to have the driveway and sidewalk freshly shoveled—especially with the winter weather—making it easy and safe to come and go. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Emerald Acres for our sporting events. We especially appreciated all the little extras they provided, like plenty of coffee...

It was also very well stocked with everything our family needed, which made the stay easy and comfortable.The host went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree and holiday décor, which made it feel warm, welcoming, and like home during the holidays. We felt so cared for and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed here before and it is a wonderful house & location. Close to U of I stadiums for sporting events. A great walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard is so nice. House is always clean, comfortable and the kitchen is great. The host is quick to answer and resolve any questions. After driving, the welcome snacks are such a nice treat. We will be back, love this place. Thanks!!"

"If you are a veteran of VRBOs and ABNBs, you will be pleasantly surprised by this very well thought out and maintained experience. If this is your first time or you are just a few properties into VRBO type stays, then you will be spoiled!The addition of the bed in the loft area was very helpful to us. The cabin was clean throughout and many personal touches made us feel welcome. The setting is very peaceful. And to top it off, the hosts are very communicative and helpful!"
