"Comfy, modern place for the price! Overall, about what we expected for the cost. A few things could use improvement though. The cleaners seemed to miss some areas — there were cobwebs in the bathroom along with popcorn, cereal, and toys left on the living room floor. The Keurig didn’t work during our stay, and while the dishwasher cleaned the dishes, it left a residue and could probably use rinse aid. There was also 1 in quarters provided for the dryer, but it wasn’t enough to dry the one load I...

"Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. "

"This house is adorable and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful and location is central and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and plus some more. The house is thoughtfully planned out and clean. The bedrooms are very nice and the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable! Highly recommend."
