"Great customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if that’s what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies...

"Situé dans un quartier calme (maisons victoriennes). Cet hébergement nous à ravi : très bien équipé et décoré avec soin. La communication par texto est facile et rapide pour les réponses. Un petit cocon cosy à deux pas de la ville. Nous avons adoré. Une belle découverte !"

"Very convenient to everything we wanted to do and in a nice quiet neighborhood! We had wished there was at least one on-suite bathroom and we did have to fix a few squeaky doors, but other than that, our stay was wonderful!"

"My stay was very, very pleasant very good. The owner came when we had a couple of problems and he brought all the coffee pot. He brought batteries for the TV set. The only thing we had a problem with was the Wi-Fi. The password did not work and then when I received the message from him, we were getting ready to go, but other than that, we had another problem we were all Over 65 and we would’ve loved to have had television sets in all of our rooms when you get to a certain age, you wanna go out...

"Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. All bedrooms were big. We had ample bathrooms. All appliances were new. The general consensus of the group is the property was very good. However the rugs need to be removed or glued down. They did present a tripping hazard. The footsteps from the upstairs can be heard downstairs. We would stay here again. "

"We had a great stay in this property. The place was immaculate and as described. It had all the kitchen facilities we needed. Easy and central location we could walk to restaurants, the park and a short uber to downtown. Definitely would stay again when next back in Memphis"
