"This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise."

"The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine...

"The property itself was newly remodeled and looked great but there was a significant smell of smoke when opening the door of the house. I would not recommend. Just walking in made our stuff smelled horrible leaving. "
