"Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. "The property was as described and met our expectations to the fullest. The owner was very pleasant and positive. He even allowed me to take our daughter out on his boat. She loved it! Feeding the birds was our favorite. Over all it felt like home especially the neighbor yelling for his two cats Pepper and Ginger every day to feed. lol we will definitely come back. PS.
