"This quaint cabin is nestled in the woods with the Au Sable River behind the house. It includes big picture windows allowing for a beautiful view. The outdoor lighting in the trees is picturesque. We travelled here in the winter so the snow and short days made for a peaceful and quiet getaway. This would also be a beautiful retreat in the summer months as well. It's only a short drive to Grayling for groceries or restaurants. A great find in northern Michigan! "

"We had 14 guys all around 28 years old staying up there and it was perfect. Plenty of sleeping room and beds (some are in a separate bunk house but very close. There is a small sauna in that bunk house as well. Plenty of parking for everyone. The living room area is great for hanging out and watching football and can see that area which alap has pool table and tv from a big dinning room and kitchen is spacious with everything you need. "The cabin was great for us, my husband and teen daughter and our two dogs. The layout of the cabin was fantastic and the outdoor space was magical!!! We walked down the street to the dock and enjoyed the view in the evening. It is great for swimming. The cabin was easy to find and close to a market for supplies. The neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed cooking out and a fire in the evenings. We can't wait to visit again. "

"I was in Houghton Lake for a golf tournament. Stayed at the property for 3 days. Perfect for me and would be good for a small family also. Very good communication from owners with all the information. "
