"It was delightful to stay at this property. You have the entire ground level to yourself. The property is brand new as of 2026, and the kitchen and bathrooms really feel luxurious. The whole place was incredibly clean. There are 2 massive TVs, and there is even some toys for younger kids. We enjoyed that 1 bedroom has a block-out shutter that made child's daytime naps nice and dark. Walk to the pub, supermarket, playground and lake. Great spot!!"

"Beautiful stay at Piccolina! Absolutely stunning house boat and such a perfect location, walking distance to the main streets of Goolwa. So many thoughtful details! Comfiest bed too. Would love to have stayed longer. And you genuinely forget you’re on a houseboat until you feel the gentlest sway. So delightful!"

"Loved it, the accommodation close to everything. The host Jan was very friendly and very accommodating to suit our visit. The accommodation is set overlooking a small reserve and very peaceful. It has everything supplied to make a pleasant stay. "
