"Perfect for what I needed it for. I stayed almost two weeks. One block from the train to get downtown, and an easy walk up Randolph to all the dining and shops in the West Loop. The place is great, with all appliances, including a clothes washer/dryer combo that makes a longer stay easy. The bed was very comfortable. The place is in great condition and updated. You do hear the L train going by all day and night, but I slept soundly with earplugs (bring some). I would definitely stay there again,...

"Location was perfect. Room was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the elevator worked no problem. The luggage storage was great to have, except our door code didn’t work before it was checkin time. We were able to get in as someone left, luckily. Otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. Like others stated, walls are very thin, but didn’t bother us any. Water and ice from ice maker tasted really gross, we had to go to the 7 Eleven down the street to get drinkable water. The bed...
