"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy little oasis. My partner and I finally had a break from our busy schedules and were lucky to find availability for a romantic weekend. The host responded quickly when we asked about a midnight arrival, assuring us late check-in was no issue. When we arrived, we had a small hiccup with the access code, but the host replied within literally 2 minutes, and everything after that was seamless!We stayed in Cabin A, a thoughtfully designed space with matching...

"A cool little spot to stay when visiting the local amenities. It has the coolest wrap around porch! Owner was super friendly and communicated throughout the stay. Flanders Retreat also offers keyed, private access to the 3 Rivers Estates. Once you check in be sure to take a peak at the whiteboard and 3 ring binder for all the perks that come along with your stay. Conveniently located near major attractions. It’s less than a couple miles to the Ichetucknee State Park south entrance. Highly...

"What a perfect location if you want beautiful scenery quiet River rushing by and plenty of nature to behold. Jesse and his wife Taylor were immediately welcoming. And Jesse goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. We appreciated him knowing so much about the area and helping us with where to kayak and where to go tubing. Highly recommend."

"The property is one of the most amazing in the area, I always visit the Springs and look for good accommodations, I was traveling with my daughter and we had really good time. I love when we find good stuff in the kitchen like olive oil, and all the utensils, details.... was so clean"

"Stay was excellent. The apartment was in almost new condition and included toaster, small coffee maker, washer / dryer, large closet. Some smalls stains on couch and chair, but insignificant. Screened in porch would have been great if we had time to use it. We did use the pool, which was warm and peaceful - as we had it all to our selves. "

"A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks."

"We had a wonderful time at the Confluence Cabin! It was the perfect little getaway we needed to “step back in time” - the Old Florida vibe - to slow down & enjoy the peace & tranquility of nature. The home was cozy, clean & tidy with all the basics needed & a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed paddling the Ichetucknee River - we paddled kayaks & paddleboards all the way from the North Entrance down to the cabin & it was such a beautiful, sunny day that made for a lovely 3-4hr paddle. We also tubed...

"Our stay was incredible! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, central to springs, yet still close enough to town for convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. "
