"The property was located within 10 minutes of downtown and close to many things to do. The pool is a short walk away, but looks very nice (we had a very stormy weekend that had the pool closed during the visit for safety reasons, and we understand our hosts can't control the weather, maybe next time the weather will cooperate). "2 king beds, well equipped kitchen. It’s a duplex but quiet— we couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit next door. We walked to the Evans town Center Park (20 min) for the fireworks display and it was great!"

"Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place."
