"Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more. Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. Bed sheets pillows all very comfortable. Lovely water views and sunrise. Nice little patio as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us! "

"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"Wonderful stay! Was so gracious to let us check in early so I could surprise my partner! And had flowers and a happy birthday balloon to help celebrate. Lovely place and would stay again. "

"Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "

"Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Right in the middle of things, with easy access to the trolly, a short drive to the historic district, and shopping. Off street dedicated parking was wonderful."

"Im able to get some beautiful pictures and great food. We visit here at least once a month we live local and come to the vabins to get a good meal and a great nite sleep. "

"We had such a nice time at this amazing home. I booked this property with the intention of having more family members present, but plans changed. My husband and I had the home to ourselves, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was just like being at home. I am very particular about cleanliness and find myself having to clean hotel rooms and rentals to my standards most of the time and still feel grungy about them sometimes. Not the case here!! It was truly well cared for and...

"We were so pleased with our stay! The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptionally nice, the location was terrific. Close enough to stroll into town for shopping and restaurants and places of interest which was super nice not to have to find and pay for parking. We will be back! "

"This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! "

"This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year."

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
