"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this lake house—it was, without a doubt, the most relaxing week of my entire year. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful, quiet atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The setting is absolutely serene, with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the lake that make it feel like a true escape from everything. One of the standout highlights is the hot tub overlooking the water. Sitting there in the evening, soaking while watching the lake, was pure bliss....

"Rented property for 04/05-04/08. We found out the place had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We contacted the manager, Stacey, and sent pictures. Stacey called and said it was her fault and she would have the cleaner come immediately but the cleaner lived about an hour away. She then put us on hold to talk to the cleaner. After being on hold for about 15 minutes Stacey came back on the call and said “there’s been a break in” with the most pathetic attempt for panic I’ve ever heard....
