"Very pleasant and epitomes of old world Wisconsin,well built heritage. 10 minutes from Trollhaugen a hidden gem you wished you'd had in your backyard, your neighborhood, your "ski-mom" carpool or drawing your ski team bus. Rope tows galore, vintage lifts among the new, board talent, ski racers and families building the same. We are coming back. "

"Lovely place, we rented both sides of the cabin and it was really nice to have both sections. A couple problems with plumbing but only happened once so not a big deal. Nice quiet roads to walk our dogs on and using kayaks was super fun! Really nice county parks close by and state parks as well!"

"Three friends stayed at this property and we loved it! Stephanie was so responsive and helpful and check in/ out was very convenient. . The home was spotless. The kitchen had everything you might want including pans that were in excellent condition. There were nice touches like snacks, good coffees etc. The location was so close to downtown and yet ample off street parking was so convenient. The sofa bed may have been the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve slept on. We hope to return in warmer...

"The communication with owner was amazing, got us all set up and check in and getting key was super easy. The place is right on main street downtown. Easy to walk etc to eat and shop. There was a little noise from nearby bar but they provided ear plugs and sound machines. It was a great girls weekend away. Only issue we had was the amount of steps in and out. But you know that before checking in. "

"3 of the outlets in the kitchen did not work, the oven would not turn on and no paper towels were restocked. "

"The Lil Suite in Stillwater is a charming, quaint, and cozy spot...perfect for a relaxing stay. The suite is cute and thoughtfully decorated, and the owners were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our visit. Great location, just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!"
