"We stayed from Friday afternoon to Monday morning to celebrate my birthday. Beautiful spot and the house feels like a proper kiwi bach. Plenty of firewood although we hardly needed it as the place gets lots of sun. They rely on people leaving the place clean as it is a long way from anywhere and it was acceptable but not sparkling.The swimming is good nearby although there are warnings about the currents between the shore and the reef.Thank you."

"Clean and tidy house. Lovely location really close to Martinborough. Might be a bit cold in winter because it’s so huge, but there are two open fires as well as heaters, and wood provided so could be nice and cozy too once fired up. Hot tub is an inflatable one and smallish, but still lovely to have. "

Would suggest a couple of small improvements - spray and wipe for cleaning down surfaces, more dish cloths and some more shade/privacy in the master bedroom - it looks straight into the neighbours lounge and you don’t want to pull the whole blind down which darkens the room. "Stayed here with my sister and mother for Mothers Day Weekend. Property manager was quick to respond to any queries. Good size rooms with comfortable large beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Lounge area very comfortable and good sized tv! 10 minute walk into the centre. We all loved our stay, however, my 90 year old mother (who is very fit) did struggle a bit getting up the deep steps to front door. Would be great to have a hand rail of some sort."
