"So cute! Only a few blocks away from the lake. The Dollar General is 30 seconds walk. While yes there is a fire dept the tones aren't bad at all. The fire pit is awesome, but bring your bug spray!"

"We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. "

"Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. "This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a weekend to take in a concert at SPAC. It is a convenient location, easy to get to town, but very quiet neighborhood.The “well equipped” kitchen really is very well equipped, there was nothing I wanted that wasn’t there. The setting is beautiful, the lake is clean and welcoming. If we had more time we would have made better use of it, as it was we enjoyed it. That we could have our two small, very well behaved, dogs with us made it perfect."
