"This was perfect property for our visit. Grandpa and grandpa, parents and 2 kids. The apartment is spacious, beautiful view. The location is perfect. Across from a park and not far from the city centre. It has a grocery store close and lots of eating places within a few blocks. The host always got back to you and was friendly and helpful."

"Nice apartment, but very noisy. From 7 in the morning til 5 in the afternoon we had constant drilling and pounding. A couple of nights we were awoken by loud noises in the building at 1:30 AM. They say that Luxembourg has no bad areas, except the one this hotel is located in (Gare). The room comes with a bathtub, but once its filled 1/3, the water goes ice cold. That also means that you can grab about 1.5 showers before the water gets cold. I called the manager to have this fixed on day 2, but...

"This was a wonderfully modern and secure apartment located conveniently at the Hamilius stop via tram from the airport and in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and transportation lines. The kitchen has all the amenities and the balcony was fabulous. Highly recommend!"

"I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen."

They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service.
