"Just a perfect retreat for a group like ours with two kids and three adults. We especially enjoyed the firepit. The place was neat and clean and had exactly what we needed. Communication was a bit difficult, but that is entirely due to the difficulty of navigating the Vrbo app. The replies I got from the host were excellent."

"Perfectly appointed, no detail overlooked. The hostess has gone out of her way to make your stay most enjoyable. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sectional couch was comfortable and had throw blankets handy. It was quiet and clean. Off street parking right by the front door. There were so many coffee and tea choices, snacks and water, everything easy to find. Even a phone charger and night lights were handy. If we could give this 10 stars, we would! We highly recommend staying here...

"Great stay at this condo! It’s clear that the owners stay here too, because it really has everything you need. I loved the loft, loved being at Blue Knob, loved the balcony, loved the fiber internet, loved watching the birds while I worked, loved the mattress on the upstairs bed, and loved the quiet. I don’t know when I’ve slept so well! I also really appreciate the kindness of the host. One day the power went out briefly, and he offered to bring a power inverter over so I could charge my phone...

"The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. "The house was clean and spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed all the rooms, including the family room to watch Christmas movies. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat meals. The location was beautiful to be able to stand out on the porch and listen to all the sounds of nature and see the beautiful sky at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed our trip"

"We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep."
