"If you are looking for a nice place to stay in New Hampton, this house fits the bill. The house was clean, well maintained, and well equipped for our weekend stay. It is an older home that has been redone, but still has a lot of charm (think wooden built-ins, etc.). We would stay here again. "

"We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there.
