"Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. "The property is in a great location for the University of Nebraska visits and events. It’s in an older neighborhood with smallish houses. The home is clean and cozy, and communication with the host is easy. Highly recommend this property. "

"First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas."
