"This was our fourth trip to the river house. This time we went to celebrate my granddaughter who turned 13 and my daughter who turned 30. It was a wonderful week full of fun, adventure, hiking, swimming/playing in the river, s’mores, food and games. This is the absolute best place in the world for quality family time. This place really feels like home. 🥰"

"The house and farm are just beautiful. We spent nearly the entire stay on the screened porch listening to the birds, watching the horses, goats, and chickens and enjoying the quiet serenity of the country. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We wondered around the property and soaked up the country, ate some amazing farm raised eggs, and made several excursions to nearby Monticello, antique shops, UVA, and 1799 at the Clifton for dinner. "This was a beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well stocked and even included a welcome bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the home is centrally located to downtown Charlottesville. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!"

"Near Monticello. There are great views! The unit is clean and comfortable. If you on the tall side, be careful of the sloped ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice. "

"Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The house is beautiful. Everything was well stocked. The towels feel amazing and there were plenty available. Check-in and out was seamless. The location was perfect - far enough away to be secluded and private but still close to things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and enjoying the view from the porch in the mornings. We will definitely be booking again soon! "
